What are hdd reamers for rock

Rock reamer’s structure
Rock reamer consists of three parts, the 1st is a main shaft which is always made from Drill Collar material. As this material is strong and resilient, much more than the material of conventional drill pipes. It bears well the weight of rock reamers and the tremendous Torque generated by this weight and the drill rig rotation.
The 2nd part is Stabilizer, A.K.A. Centralizer. It keeps the BHAs (Bottom Hole Assembly) in the center of the hole as possible as they could be. As once they are in a place out of the hole center, the hole shape would be anomalous or even more it would totally detroy the planned path of the hole.
The 3rd part is also very important, it’s a weapon or a stormtrooper in this battlefield. The cutting part must be hard and abrasive enough. Let’s say it decides to the greatest extent whether the drilling task succeeds or not.

A: For commodities in stock, we request a 100% prepayment by TT, upon which, we’ll deliver in 3-5 days; but if the commodities need some time to manufacture, a 30% prepayment by TT shall be transmitted, and the rest shall be transferred before shipment.
Q: What are your products always available in stock, or those always need time to manufacture?
A: Typically, they are tri-cone bits. We stock from popular models directly from KINGDREAM factory, like 6”/6 ½”/8 ½”/9 1/2”/12 ¼” IADC537/617/637.
On the other hand, hole openers(reamers) always need to be customized. Because customers’ drill rigs vary so much, we need customize the thread types for them on the reamers. Especially for rock reamers, the customization not only comes from the thread type, but also from the IADC code and the distribution density of the roller cones. Lastly, sometimes we need design the reamers according to customer’s drilling plan, especially the design of centralizer size.
